You can make a complaint when

A service or product is not satisfactory


OR

You want to challenge a decision about a service or support you need

You want your concerns about a service or product to be given serious or urgent attention

Not all complaints are big complaints.

Some complaints can be solved by talking to a staff member.

When you make a complaint, you can help the provider

  • identify problems
  • improve the product or service and
  • improve how they meet the needs of  service users or customers
