How to Complain

Equal Status complaints about a pub or club that sells alcohol are different than complaints about other goods and services.

A pub or club cannot refuse to let you in because you have a disability.

If a pub or club refuses to let you in a complaint may be made to the District Court.

If the complaint is about something other than being let into the pub or club your complaint should go to the Workplace Relations Commission.

If your complaint is to the District court you may wish to get legal advice.
